Overview
Harriet Harden-Davies is the Director of the Nippon Foundation Ocean Voices Programme at the University of Edinburgh and an Honorary Fellow at the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources and Security. Her research interests include high seas governance, ocean science diplomacy, technology transfer and capacity building for ocean stewardship. She works across disciplines and sectors, listens to diverse perspectives, and convenes dialogues. Harriet is passionate scuba diver, free-diver, surfer and sailor.
